-Guests need to provide their own bed linens and bath towels.
- Smoking in cabins prohibited.
-No swimming on property(public beaches nearby)
-Pets are not allowed and if found with one the rental is terminated immediately.
-Dock spaces provided are for guest boats only.
-Any cabins with more than occupancy limit without approval will forfeit their rental immediately without refund.
-Visitors welcome within reason. Large gatherings not allowed.
-Laundry facilities with coin operated washers and dryers onsite.
-Live Bait and tackle available onsite.
-Cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival results in full refund of deposit.
-Cancellation 14 days or less of arrival results in non-refundable deposit.
-Owners and manager reside on property and are available for anything needed.
